Introduction
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zanara Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Koneksyon, governing your access to and use of the Koneksyon platform, including mobile applications, websites, AI systems, communication tools, subscriptions, and related services.
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Guidelines, and all related policies.
About Koneksyon
Koneksyon is a Caribbean-inspired social connection platform built around intentional, respectful, and authentic relationships. It may facilitate personal intentions, friendships, professional opportunities, creator and entrepreneur connections, Events, K-Letters, Pop & Konekt rooms, community experiences, and romantic connections. Koneksyon provides technology for discovery and communication but does not guarantee any user, opportunity, event, transaction, relationship, or result.
Our Mission
The name Koneksyon comes from Haitian Creole, meaning connection in English, reflecting the platform’s mission to bring people together through genuine interactions and meaningful experiences.
Verified Community
To maintain authenticity and reduce fake profiles, every user must verify their account before fully accessing the platform. This verification process helps ensure that members are real people, creating a more secure and trustworthy environment for everyone.
Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of July 12, 2026. Version 2.0.
Services
“Services” refers to the Koneksyon platform and all related products and offerings.
User
“User” means any person accessing or using the Services.
User Content
“User Content” includes messages, photos, videos, profile information, audio, metadata, and all uploaded content.
Affiliates
“Affiliates” means subsidiaries, licensors, contractors, service providers, partners, successors, and assigns of Zanara Labs LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to use dating or networking services. Users subject to sanctions, export restrictions, or prior bans may not use the Services.
Age and Identity Verification
Koneksyon may request a selfie, liveness check, photo comparison, age-confirmation information, or other reasonable information needed to verify authenticity, account ownership, or eligibility. Government identification may be requested only if Koneksyon introduces that process, where legally required, or where reasonably necessary to address a serious safety, fraud, or account-recovery concern.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and truthful account information. You may not impersonate others, create fake profiles, or create accounts on behalf of another person without authorization.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities occurring under your account. Koneksyon is not responsible for unauthorized account access, phishing attacks, credential theft, or user negligence.
Profile Requirements
Koneksyon may require profile completion, approved profile photos, identity verification, moderation approval, and compliance with Community Guidelines. Koneksyon reserves the right to limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove profiles that do not meet platform requirements.
Identity Verification
Koneksyon may use automated systems, AI technologies, facial comparison systems, third-party verification providers, behavioral analysis, and manual review to verify users.
Verification Limits
Verification systems reduce risk but do not guarantee user identity, authenticity, safety, intentions, conduct, or compatibility. Koneksyon does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
Community Standards
Users must interact respectfully, lawfully, authentically, and responsibly both on and off the platform. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, visibility limitations, suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, impersonation, stalking, exploitation, financial solicitation, cryptocurrency schemes, phishing, fraud, scraping, automation, or malicious conduct.
Restricted Technical Conduct
Users may not manipulate algorithms, use bots or AI agents, reverse engineer the platform, upload malware, bypass moderation systems, or create duplicate accounts after bans.
Prohibited Content
Users may not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, misleading, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or dangerous. Koneksyon may remove content immediately and without notice.
User Content License
By submitting User Content, you grant Zanara Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, display content to intended users, provide support, improve safety and functionality, investigate violations, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, comply with law, and protect Koneksyon and its users. This license continues while the content is hosted and for any reasonable retention period needed for backups, safety, legal, dispute, or enforcement purposes. Koneksyon does not claim ownership of User Content and will not use private messages or private letters in public marketing without permission unless the material has been anonymized or aggregated so it does not reasonably identify a user.
Moderation and Enforcement
Koneksyon reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, restrict, suppress, remove, investigate, limit visibility of, demonetize, suspend, or terminate accounts, content, messages, interactions, or access to portions of the Services.
Communication Monitoring
Koneksyon may monitor, analyze, review, preserve, store, moderate, or disclose communications exchanged through the Services for moderation, safety, investigations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational purposes, and AI system training.
Artificial Intelligence Systems
Koneksyon may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, ranking systems, and automated moderation technologies. AI systems may generate inaccurate or unexpected outcomes.
No AI Outcome Guarantee
Koneksyon does not guarantee compatibility, visibility, engagement rates, communication success, or relationship outcomes.
Discovery and Access
Discovery, visibility, messaging, likes, premium tools, and other features may depend on profile completion, photo approval, verification status, moderation outcomes, safety concerns, and platform requirements.
Feature Restrictions
Koneksyon reserves the right to restrict features, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or remove profiles that do not meet platform requirements or safety standards.
Connection Modes
Koneksyon may organize discovery into Intentions, Opportunities, and Experiences. Intentions may include romantic, marriage, long-term, casual, friendship, or other personal goals. Opportunities may include networking, hiring, services, collaboration, mentorship, sponsorship, entrepreneurship, and creative projects. Experiences may include Events, Pop & Konekt, K-Letters, Blind Koneksyon, and other community features. Users may join one or several contexts, and profile fields, filters, ranking, labels, and actions may change by context.
Contextual Requests
Users may send requests for collaboration, advice, services, hiring, partnership, mentorship, sponsorship, creative projects, networking, or personal connection. A selected purpose is informational only and does not create a contract, job offer, partnership, agency, fiduciary relationship, professional relationship, sponsorship agreement, or obligation. Recipients may accept, decline, ignore, report, or block a request. No user has a right to receive a reply, acceptance, match, interview, opportunity, relationship, or other result.
Recommendations, Ranking, and Automated Systems
Koneksyon may use automated systems to determine discovery eligibility, profile ranking, Opportunity relevance, Event ordering, visibility, moderation, verification review, spam detection, request delivery, and feature eligibility. These systems may consider profile information, selected goals, professional interests, languages, culture, location, distance, age preferences, activity, reports, blocks, prior interactions, subscription status, and safety signals. Rankings, badges, scores, verification status, Priority Konekt labels, and Premium placement are not endorsements and do not guarantee compatibility, qualifications, legitimacy, safety, or results.
Events
Events may be created, submitted, imported, promoted, displayed, or linked by users, organizers, administrators, or third-party sources. Unless Koneksyon expressly states otherwise in writing, Koneksyon is not the organizer, producer, owner, sponsor, venue, ticket issuer, security provider, or refund administrator. Koneksyon does not guarantee Event accuracy, legality, accessibility, attendance, performer appearance, ticket validity, cancellation status, venue safety, organizer conduct, or refunds. Users attend at their own risk and must review organizer rules, venue policies, age restrictions, ticket terms, and local laws.
Event Submitter Representations
A user submitting or promoting an Event represents that the information is accurate, the user has authority to submit the Event and its media, all links are legitimate, required licenses and permissions have been obtained, and the Event complies with law and Koneksyon policies. Koneksyon may approve, reject, edit, delay, unpublish, remove, or investigate any Event with or without notice.
Event Connection Purposes
Users may indicate that they are attending to enjoy the Event, meet friends, network, collaborate, pursue business opportunities, or meet someone. These selections are preference signals only and do not constitute consent to romantic, sexual, professional, commercial, or off-platform contact.
K-Letters and Blind Koneksyon
K-Letters and Blind Koneksyon may allow communication before complete identity or profile information is visible. Limited identity visibility increases uncertainty and risk. Koneksyon does not guarantee the identity, intent, honesty, compatibility, or safety of a participant. Letters may be delayed, moderated, rejected, expired, or cancelled. Sessions may be subject to deadlines, message requirements, reveal stages, mutual-consent rules, and closure for inactivity or safety reasons. Users must not pressure disclosure, attempt to identify or expose another participant, evade a block, or contact someone outside the permitted flow.
Pop & Konekt Rooms
Pop & Konekt rooms are temporary or live community spaces. Hosts and participants are independent users, not representatives or agents of Koneksyon. Koneksyon does not guarantee room availability, participant conduct, host qualifications, room purpose, eligibility accuracy, capacity, or results. Koneksyon may close, restrict, remove, or moderate any room, host, participant, or content at any time for safety, operational, legal, moderation, or business reasons.
Reports, Blocks, Passes, and Dismissals
Users may report or block profiles, requests, messages, Events, comments, groups, organizers, rooms, letters, blind sessions, or other content where tools are available. A report does not guarantee a particular investigation, result, response time, suspension, refund, or disclosure. Koneksyon may preserve evidence, restrict contact, hide content, take temporary or permanent action, refer matters to authorities, or decline action where evidence is insufficient. False, retaliatory, discriminatory, coordinated, extortionate, or knowingly misleading reports are prohibited. Blocking reduces contact and visibility within Koneksyon but cannot guarantee that a person will not contact you elsewhere or through another account.
B-Konekt Feature
B-Konekt is a culture-first networking, business, creative, collaboration, mentorship, event, and community connection feature within Koneksyon. B-Konekt is not a job board, employment agency, staffing agency, talent agency, financial marketplace, investment platform, payment processor, professional advisor, background-check service, escrow service, or guarantee of business results.
Platform Role and No Guarantee
By using B-Konekt, you understand and agree that Koneksyon only provides a platform for users to discover and communicate with other users. Koneksyon does not create, verify, endorse, supervise, guarantee, or become responsible for any business relationship, collaboration, service, event, offer, sale, job opportunity, partnership, mentorship, sponsorship, promotion, investment opportunity, or agreement between users.
User Responsibility and Due Diligence
Users are solely responsible for the information they post, the claims they make, the people they choose to communicate with, and any decision to meet, pay, hire, collaborate with, work with, promote, sponsor, or do business with another user. Users are responsible for doing their own due diligence before entering into any agreement, meeting, payment, transaction, collaboration, service, event, or business arrangement.
No Verification of Business Claims
Koneksyon does not guarantee that any user is qualified, licensed, insured, trustworthy, safe, financially reliable, legally authorized, or able to provide the services, opportunities, products, events, or collaborations they describe. Koneksyon does not perform professional background checks, employment verification, credit checks, license verification, business registration checks, criminal record checks, reference checks, or identity verification beyond the verification tools expressly described in the app.
Prohibited B-Konekt Activity
Users may not use B-Konekt to post, request, promote, sell, offer, or facilitate illegal, unsafe, misleading, exploitative, or prohibited activity, including scams, fraud, impersonation, fake opportunities, pyramid schemes, investment schemes, loan schemes, adult sexual services, trafficking, exploitation, harassment, hate, threats, weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, regulated goods or services, gambling, unauthorized financial services, or any activity that violates Koneksyon's Terms, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
No Misrepresentation
Users may not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, business, services, prices, results, availability, affiliations, licenses, sponsorships, endorsements, employment status, immigration status, financial opportunity, or relationship with another person or company. Any paid promotion, sponsorship, free product, discount, commission, referral relationship, brand relationship, or other material connection must be clearly disclosed by the user when required by law.
B-Konekt Moderation and Enforcement
Koneksyon may, at its sole discretion, review, moderate, restrict, hide, remove, suspend, or disable any B-Konekt profile, message, content, account, feature access, or user activity that we believe may violate our rules, create risk, mislead users, harm the community, expose Koneksyon to legal or safety concerns, or violate applicable law.
Reports, Blocks, and Safety Limits
Users can report, block, unmatch, or stop communicating with another user at any time. Koneksyon may use reports, moderation tools, automated systems, human review, and safety signals to help protect the community. Koneksyon does not promise that moderation will detect or prevent every violation, harmful interaction, scam, false statement, or unsafe situation.
User-to-User Transactions and Disputes
Any agreement, payment, refund, dispute, delivery issue, service issue, meeting, event, collaboration, employment discussion, business arrangement, or transaction between users is strictly between those users. Koneksyon is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, disputes, chargebacks, non-payment, failed services, missed opportunities, cancellations, misrepresentations, or any consequences arising from user-to-user interactions.
Legal Compliance by Users
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, licenses, permits, taxes, consumer protection rules, employment laws, advertising rules, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and platform policies related to their use of B-Konekt. Users are responsible for ensuring that any service, product, event, promotion, or opportunity they offer is lawful in the locations where they operate.
B-Konekt Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koneksyon, Zanara Labs LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost opportunity, reputational, business, financial, emotional, personal, physical, or legal damages arising from or related to B-Konekt, user content, user communications, user meetings, user transactions, or user disputes.
B-Konekt Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koneksyon, Zanara Labs LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your B-Konekt content, your communications, your services, your offers, your business activities, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or your violation of applicable law.
Adults Only and Minor Safety
B-Konekt is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Any attempt to use B-Konekt to contact, exploit, target, recruit, solicit, endanger, or harm minors is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, reporting to appropriate authorities, and any other action Koneksyon considers necessary to protect the community.
Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment including subscriptions, boosts, premium visibility, likes, virtual goods, and digital items.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled. Digital items have no cash value, are non-transferable, revocable, may expire, and are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Koneksyon may deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, policy violations, or chargeback misuse.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their device settings, app marketplace account, or payment provider. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.
Deleting the App
Deleting the application or account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
Unused Features
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, partial billing periods are not refunded, and unused features have no cash value.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party systems including payment processors, cloud providers, analytics providers, AI vendors, mapping services, verification providers, and mobile platforms. Koneksyon is not responsible for third-party systems, services, outages, or policies.
Universal Premium and No Outcome Guarantee
Konekt+ or Premium benefits may apply across Intentions, Opportunities, Experiences, and Events and may include additional discovery capacity, worldwide or verified-only filters, custom introductions, private browsing, enhanced visibility, Priority Konekts, longer edit windows, or other features. Premium does not guarantee likes, replies, matches, relationships, dates, clients, employment, hiring, sponsorship, sales, collaborations, Event attendance, approval, safety, or any other outcome. Feature names, quantities, limits, eligibility, design, availability, and included benefits may change subject to applicable law and marketplace rules.
User-to-User Transactions
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Koneksyon does not process, supervise, insure, guarantee, or accept responsibility for direct payments or transactions between users. Users assume all risks relating to deposits, fees, refunds, nonpayment, chargebacks, delivery, quality, intellectual property, employment classification, taxes, contracts, confidentiality, injuries, cancellations, and business or personal disputes. Do not send money, financial credentials, cryptocurrency, gift cards, passwords, immigration records, government documents, or highly sensitive information without independently verifying the recipient and accepting the risk.
Safety Disclaimer
Koneksyon does not guarantee user identity, conduct, intentions, authenticity, safety, compatibility, or relationship outcomes. Users interact at their own risk.
Offline Interactions
Koneksyon is not responsible for offline meetings, travel arrangements, financial transactions, gifts, romantic relationships, assaults, emotional harm, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, property damage, or criminal conduct occurring between users.
No Duty to Prevent All Misconduct
Koneksyon has no duty to monitor every interaction, verify every statement, or prevent all misconduct.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” KONEKSYON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND COMPATIBILITY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONEKSYON, ZANARA LABS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
Covered Damages
This includes damages arising from user conduct, harassment, fraud, assault, stalking, offline interactions, security breaches, cyberattacks, data loss, or platform interruptions.
Maximum Liability Cap
Maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koneksyon, Zanara Labs LLC, and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from user conduct, user content, violations of law, or violations of these Terms.
Force Majeure
Koneksyon is not liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or damages caused by cyberattacks, outages, internet failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, or third-party disruptions.
No Professional or Event Responsibility
Koneksyon is not responsible for an Event, ticket, venue, organizer, job, service, sponsorship, mentorship, collaboration, professional claim, business opportunity, user transaction, or user-to-user agreement. Users are responsible for independent due diligence, licenses, insurance, contracts, taxes, safety planning, and legal compliance.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, graphics, logos, interfaces, algorithms, systems, and technology belong to Zanara Labs LLC or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or distribute platform technology without written permission.
Copyright and DMCA Policy
Koneksyon respects intellectual property rights and may remove allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may be permanently removed from the platform. Copyright complaints may be submitted to support@koneksyondatingapp.com
Privacy
Use of the Services is governed by the Koneksyon Privacy Policy. By using the Services, users consent to the collection, storage, analysis, processing, and sharing of information as described therein.
Termination
Koneksyon may suspend, restrict, investigate, limit visibility of, demonetize, or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason including safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, moderation, operational concerns, reputational concerns, or business purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before arbitration, the parties will attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days after written notice to legal@koneksyondatingapp.com. Except for eligible individual small-claims matters and requests for temporary relief involving intellectual property, unauthorized system access, fraud, or immediate safety threats, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. To the extent permitted by law, users waive jury trials, class actions, representative actions, consolidated proceedings, and class arbitration. A user may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@koneksyondatingapp.com within 30 days after first accepting this version and including the user's full name, account email, and a clear statement declining arbitration.
International Use
Users outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws and consent to data processing in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Electronic Communications
Users consent to receive electronic communications including agreements, notices, policy updates, moderation notices, safety alerts, marketing communications, and account-related communications.
Changes to Terms
Koneksyon may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Koneksyon’s right to enforce it later.
Assignment
Koneksyon may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, restructuring, or asset sales. Users may not assign rights without written consent.
Survival
Liability limitations, arbitration, indemnification, intellectual property protections, moderation rights, content licenses, payment obligations, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Guidelines, and related policies, constitute the complete agreement between users and Koneksyon.
DMCA Copyright Agent
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice with your full legal name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
DMCA Notices
DMCA Notices should be sent to: DMCA Agent, Koneksyon / Zanara Labs LLC, support@koneksyondatingapp.com. Koneksyon may remove allegedly infringing material, terminate repeat infringers, and take any action required under applicable law.
Minors and COPPA Compliance
The Services are strictly intended for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. Koneksyon does not knowingly allow minors to use the platform and does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years old.
Minor Account Removal
If Koneksyon becomes aware that a minor has created an account or submitted personal information, we may remove the account immediately, delete associated information, restrict access permanently, and report violations where required by law. Users who misrepresent their age may be permanently banned.
App Store and Platform Compliance
Users downloading the Services through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other mobile platforms acknowledge that these Terms are between the user and Koneksyon, not the platform provider. Apple, Google, and platform providers are not responsible for the Services, have no maintenance or support obligations, and users must comply with applicable third-party platform terms.
GDPR and International Privacy Rights
For users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with privacy laws, Koneksyon processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation.
Privacy Rights
Users may have rights including access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of personal data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing activities, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.
Data Processing Purposes
Koneksyon may process data for legitimate business interests including safety, fraud prevention, moderation, analytics, verification, legal compliance, and platform improvement. International data transfers may occur to the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy protections may differ.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, access categories of collected data, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and request information regarding data disclosures.
No Sale of Personal Information
Koneksyon does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. However, certain data sharing activities may be considered sharing under California law. California residents may exercise applicable rights by contacting support@koneksyondatingapp.com
Law Enforcement and Legal Cooperation
Koneksyon may preserve, monitor, review, disclose, or provide user information, communications, account data, or content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to subpoenas or legal requests, investigate fraud or criminal activity, protect users or the public, enforce these Terms, or prevent imminent harm.
Reporting Safety Risks
Koneksyon may report suspected illegal activity, exploitation, threats, violence, trafficking, child exploitation, financial crimes, or safety risks to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.
Repeat Offender and Safety Enforcement
Koneksyon maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward serious safety violations, fraud, exploitation, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, predatory conduct, or repeated policy violations.
Safety Enforcement Actions

Enforcement Decisions
Enforcement decisions may be based on automated systems, AI moderation tools, manual review, behavioral analysis, user reports, third-party information, or safety investigations. Users attempting to evade bans or enforcement actions may be permanently removed from the Services.
