These Child Safety Terms apply to all users of Koneksyon, regardless of location. They are part of Koneksyon’s Terms of Service and apply together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, and any other safety rules published by Zanara Labs LLC.

Koneksyon is operated from the United States but may be accessed by users in multiple jurisdictions. You agree that your use of Koneksyon must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws of the United States, each applicable U.S. state and territory, the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and any other country or region where you access or use Koneksyon.

Where laws differ by country, state, province, or region, Koneksyon may apply the stricter rule when necessary to protect minors, users, the public, Zanara Labs LLC, or the platform.

Koneksyon is strictly for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors are not allowed to create accounts, access the app, use the website, appear in dating profiles, upload content, send messages, receive messages, participate in matches, or use any Koneksyon feature.

By creating an account or using Koneksyon, you represent and warrant that:

1. you are at least 18 years old;
2. you are legally allowed to use an adult dating and social connection platform;
3. you are not using the app on behalf of a minor;
4. you will not allow a minor to access your account or device to use Koneksyon;
5. you will not use Koneksyon to contact, target, exploit, endanger, groom, or communicate with minors.

If we learn, suspect, or receive credible information that a user is under 18, we may immediately restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the account without prior notice.

You may not misrepresent your age, date of birth, identity, legal eligibility, location, or account ownership. You may not create an account for a minor, help a minor create an account, or assist anyone in bypassing Koneksyon’s age restrictions.

For safety, age-protection, fraud-prevention, and identity-integrity reasons, your name and date of birth may be locked after account creation. You may not attempt to change, falsify, manipulate, hide, bypass, or obscure your name, date of birth, age, identity, device information, account history, or other safety-related information.

Zanara Labs LLC may require additional review, verification, or documentation if we suspect age misrepresentation, account sharing, impersonation, identity manipulation, or any child-safety concern.

Koneksyon has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”), Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a minor, sexualization of minors, child endangerment, or any conduct that exploits, abuses, targets, or harms children.

You may not upload, create, request, send, share, promote, distribute, possess, solicit, attempt to obtain, discuss, or encourage CSAM or any content involving sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor.

You may not use Koneksyon to groom, manipulate, threaten, blackmail, extort, coerce, traffic, recruit, harass, sexualize, exploit, or endanger any minor or any person you believe may be a minor.

You may not upload, display, send, or share content that includes, depicts, identifies, sexualizes, exploits, targets, endangers, or attempts to involve a minor in any dating, romantic, sexual, exploitative, coercive, unsafe, or inappropriate context.

You may not use photos of minors as profile photos. You may not pretend to be a minor. You may not use group photos or images that create confusion about the identity or age of the person using the profile.

You are responsible for all content you upload, send, write, post, report, or submit through Koneksyon, including profile photos, profile text, messages, reports, support requests, feedback, and attachments.

Users must immediately report any suspected child-safety concern involving Koneksyon, including suspected minors, age misrepresentation, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, child endangerment, or unsafe conduct.

Reports may be submitted through:

• in-app reporting tools;
• in-app support or feedback;
• the website support/report form;
• email at childsupport@koneksyondatingapp.com.

Reports should include relevant usernames, profile details, screenshots if safe and lawful to share, message context, dates, and a clear explanation of the concern.

Do not download, forward, redistribute, upload, save, or repeatedly view suspected CSAM. Report the concern immediately through the proper channel.

Use this secure online form to report suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, a suspected minor on Koneksyon, or any other child safety concern involving the Koneksyon app.

Reports submitted through this form are sent to the Koneksyon Child Safety team for review.

When Zanara Labs LLC receives a report or obtains knowledge of suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, child endangerment, age misrepresentation, or any related safety issue, we may take any action we believe is necessary or appropriate, including:

1. reviewing profiles, photos, messages, reports, metadata, device information, and related activity;
2. removing, restricting, or disabling access to content;
3. suspending, limiting, or permanently terminating accounts;
4. blocking users, devices, identifiers, emails, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or related accounts;
5. preserving relevant records, logs, content, metadata, and evidence;
6. escalating the matter to internal safety review;
7. reporting to law enforcement, NCMEC, child-protection organizations, app stores, hosting providers, regulators, or other authorized entities;
8. taking any other action needed to protect users, minors, the public, Zanara Labs LLC, or Koneksyon.

Koneksyon may report or cooperate with U.S. federal, state, local, territorial, or tribal authorities when we believe conduct may involve CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, child endangerment, age misrepresentation, threats, violence, harassment, fraud, or other illegal activity.

This includes, where applicable, cooperation with:

• NCMEC;
• federal law enforcement;
• state or local law enforcement;
• Internet Crimes Against Children task forces;
• courts;
• regulators;
• child-protection agencies;
• emergency-response authorities.

Users agree that Zanara Labs LLC may preserve and disclose information when permitted or required by law, legal process, emergency circumstances, safety obligations, or child-protection requirements.

For users in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other European jurisdictions, Koneksyon may remove or restrict illegal content, provide reporting tools, review reports, preserve safety information, cooperate with competent authorities, and take measures to protect minors and users.

Koneksyon may process and disclose safety-related information as necessary for legal compliance, platform safety, abuse prevention, investigations, law-enforcement cooperation, user protection, or child-safety obligations, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

Koneksyon is a private platform operated by Zanara Labs LLC. We are not required to host, display, distribute, preserve publicly, or continue providing access to any account, message, image, profile, or content that we believe violates these Terms, our Child Safety Standards, Community Guidelines, app store policies, or applicable law.

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion when necessary to protect safety, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the integrity of Koneksyon.

If your account is suspended, restricted, removed, or banned for child-safety reasons, you may not create another account, use another person’s account, use another device, use another email or phone number, use another payment method, or otherwise attempt to bypass enforcement.

Helping another person bypass a child-safety restriction, investigation, account removal, or enforcement action is also prohibited.

Zanara Labs LLC may permanently block related accounts, devices, identifiers, and profiles connected to serious or repeated violations.

Zanara Labs LLC may cooperate with law enforcement, courts, regulators, app stores, child-protection organizations, hosting providers, payment processors, and other authorized entities when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to prevent, detect, investigate, report, or respond to child exploitation, illegal activity, user safety threats, or misuse of Koneksyon.

We may disclose account information, content, reports, device information, metadata, logs, and other relevant information when permitted or required by law, legal process, emergency circumstances, platform safety obligations, or child-protection requirements.

You are solely responsible for your account, content, communications, uploads, reports, behavior, and use of Koneksyon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zanara Labs LLC, Koneksyon, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, investigations, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

1. your violation of these Child Safety Terms;
2. your age misrepresentation;
3. your use of Koneksyon to contact, target, exploit, endanger, or involve a minor;
4. your upload, creation, possession, request, sharing, or distribution of prohibited content;
5. your attempt to bypass safety systems or enforcement;
6. your illegal, abusive, unsafe, or harmful conduct;
7. your violation of any applicable U.S., state, European, international, or local child-safety law.

Koneksyon may use reporting tools, moderation, photo review, blocking, account restrictions, automated systems, human review, third-party services, and safety policies to help protect users. These tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every user is truthful, safe, lawful, or properly identified.

Users are responsible for exercising caution, reporting concerns, following the law, and complying with these Terms.

These Child Safety Terms survive account suspension, account deletion, termination, removal from Koneksyon, or discontinuation of use.

Zanara Labs LLC may continue to preserve, use, and disclose relevant information as necessary for safety, legal compliance, investigations, reporting, enforcement, dispute resolution, and protection of users, minors, the public, Zanara Labs LLC, or Koneksyon.
