INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zanara Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Koneksyon (“Koneksyon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Koneksyon platform, including mobile applications, websites, AI systems, communication tools, subscriptions, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Guidelines, and all related policies.

1. DEFINITIONS
“Services” refers to the Koneksyon platform and all related products and offerings.
“User” means any person accessing or using the Services.
“User Content” includes messages, photos, videos, profile information, audio, metadata, and all uploaded content.
“Affiliates” means subsidiaries, licensors, contractors, service providers, partners, successors, and assigns of Zanara Labs LLC.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to use dating or networking services. Users subject to sanctions, export restrictions, or prior bans may not use the Services. Koneksyon may request age verification, government identification, biometric verification, or additional documentation at any time.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You agree to provide accurate and truthful account information. You may not impersonate others, create fake profiles, or create accounts on behalf of another person without authorization.
You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities occurring under your account. Koneksyon is not responsible for unauthorized account access, phishing attacks, credential theft, or user negligence.
4. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Koneksyon may require profile completion, approved profile photos, identity verification, moderation approval, and compliance with Community Guidelines. Koneksyon reserves the right to limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove profiles that do not meet platform requirements.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Koneksyon may use automated systems, AI technologies, facial comparison systems, third-party verification providers, behavioral analysis, and manual review to verify users.
Verification systems reduce risk but do not guarantee user identity, authenticity, safety, intentions, conduct, or compatibility. Koneksyon does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
6. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Users must interact respectfully, lawfully, authentically, and responsibly both on and off the platform. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, visibility limitations, suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, impersonation, stalking, exploitation, financial solicitation, cryptocurrency schemes, phishing, fraud, scraping, automation, or malicious conduct.
Users may not manipulate algorithms, use bots or AI agents, reverse engineer the platform, upload malware, bypass moderation systems, or create duplicate accounts after bans.
8. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users may not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, misleading, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or dangerous.
Koneksyon may remove content immediately and without notice.
9. USER CONTENT LICENSE
By uploading content, you grant Koneksyon and Zanara Labs LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, analyze, moderate, process, and use User Content for platform operation, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, AI systems, marketing, and platform improvement.
10. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Koneksyon reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, restrict, suppress, remove, investigate, limit visibility of, demonetize, suspend, or terminate accounts, content, messages, interactions, or access to portions of the Services.
Enforcement may occur with or without notice and for any reason including safety, operational, reputational, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, or business purposes.
11. COMMUNICATION MONITORING
Koneksyon may monitor, analyze, review, preserve, store, moderate, or disclose communications exchanged through the Services for moderation, safety, investigations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational purposes, and AI system training.
12. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS
Koneksyon may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, ranking systems, and automated moderation technologies.
AI systems may generate inaccurate or unexpected outcomes. Koneksyon does not guarantee compatibility, visibility, engagement rates, communication success, or relationship outcomes.
13. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Koneksyon does not guarantee user identity, conduct, intentions, authenticity, safety, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
Users interact at their own risk. Koneksyon has no duty to monitor every interaction, verify every statement, or prevent all misconduct.
14. OFFLINE INTERACTIONS
Koneksyon is not responsible for offline meetings, travel arrangements, financial transactions, gifts, romantic relationships, assaults, emotional harm, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, property damage, or criminal conduct occurring between users.
15. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND DIGITAL FEATURES
Certain features may require payment including subscriptions, boosts, premium visibility, likes, virtual goods, and digital items.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled. Digital items have no cash value, are non-transferable, revocable, may expire, and are generally non-refundable.
16. REFUNDS
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Koneksyon may deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, policy violations, or chargeback misuse.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate third-party systems including payment processors, cloud providers, analytics providers, AI vendors, mapping services, verification providers, and mobile platforms.
Koneksyon is not responsible for third-party systems, services, outages, or policies.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform software, branding, graphics, logos, interfaces, algorithms, systems, and technology belong to Zanara Labs LLC or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or distribute platform technology without written permission.
19. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY
Koneksyon respects intellectual property rights and may remove allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may be permanently removed from the platform.

20. PRIVACY
Use of the Services is governed by the Koneksyon Privacy Policy. By using the Services, users consent to the collection, storage, analysis, processing, and sharing of information as described therein.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
KONEKSYON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND COMPATIBILITY.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONEKSYON, ZANARA LABS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT, HARASSMENT, FRAUD, ASSAULT, STALKING, OFFLINE INTERACTIONS, SECURITY BREACHES, CYBERATTACKS, DATA LOSS, OR PLATFORM INTERRUPTIONS.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koneksyon, Zanara Labs LLC, and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from user conduct, user content, violations of law, or violations of these Terms.
24. TERMINATION
Koneksyon may suspend, restrict, investigate, limit visibility of, demonetize, or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason including safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, moderation, operational concerns, reputational concerns, or business purposes.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
26. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Users waive the right to jury trials, class actions, representative proceedings, and class arbitrations.
Eligible claims may proceed in small claims court where permitted by law.
27. FORCE MAJEURE
Koneksyon is not liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or damages caused by cyberattacks, outages, internet failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, or third-party disruptions.
28. INTERNATIONAL USE
Users outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws and consent to data processing in the United States and other jurisdictions.
29. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Users consent to receive electronic communications including agreements, notices, policy updates, moderation notices, safety alerts, marketing communications, and account-related communications.
30. CHANGES TO TERMS
Koneksyon may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
31. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
32. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Koneksyon’s right to enforce it later.
33. ASSIGNMENT
Koneksyon may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, restructuring, or asset sales. Users may not assign rights without written consent.
34. SURVIVAL
Liability limitations, arbitration, indemnification, intellectual property protections, moderation rights, content licenses, payment obligations, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.
35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Guidelines, and related policies, constitute the complete agreement between users and Koneksyon.
